Sale Information and Agreement
All horses are registered with the American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) unless otherwise stated.
We accept cash, certified cheque and money orders if you want to purchase and take the horse on the same day, all sales are subject to GST. Otherwise personal cheques will be accepted, however, the horse will remain on our premises until the cheque has cleared (7 business days). Board will be free for the horse for these days only, after that board can be arranged for a minimal fee until pick-up can be arranged. Original registration papers and a signed Transfer Report will be provided after payment has been received.
Please be advised that a deposit of 50% of the agreed upon price must be received prior to any horse marked as sold or sale pending. Deposits are non-refundable, unless in the case of injury causing lameness or death of the said horse. Consideration may be available in special circumstances but are at the discretion of Jake Loren and Malory Parrish.
Upon the Transfer of Possession of the horse the buyer assumes all risk of loss or injury to the horse.
Horses must be paid for in full prior to leaving our premises.
Weanlings
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold a foal until weaning time. Arrangements for pick-up and final payment will be made close to the time of weaning.
